摘要:

壓式(shi)拉式(shi)稱(cheng)重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器安裝方法,這種形式(shi)的(de)稱(cheng)重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器有二(er)種不同的(de)安裝形式(shi)。

一(yi)、為(wei)固定(ding)式底座傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)形(xing)式,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時將(jiang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)放置在三顆固定(ding)檔柱內。因此要求使用(yong)在溫度(du)變化范(fan)圍不大的場(chang)合,其(qi)優點是能提高秤體的穩定(ding)性(xing),而(er)且安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)調試方便。在稱重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時還應注意:

1,為防止大電流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)經傳感器,應在傳感器之間加裝短路(lu)片,以防偶然的大電流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)過而將其燒壞。即使(shi)如此,在需(xu)要進行大從焊接(jie)時最好還是將壓式傳感器卸下,待幾作(zuo)結束后(hou)再將稱(cheng)重傳感器安裝好。

2,滾珠等移(yi)動部件應保(bao)持滑動自如,不(bu)應有(you)卡死、銹(xiu)蝕等現象。

3,壓頭應(ying)由(you)20mm厚的(de)(de)(de)鉻鋼制(zhi)成(cheng),壓頭的(de)(de)(de)底面應(ying)加工成(cheng)圓弧,其半徑應(ying)為傳感器圓頂半徑的(de)(de)(de)3倍以上,并應(ying)進(jin)行熱處理以增加壓頭的(de)(de)(de)硬度。固定板應(ying)用45號(hao)鋼制(zhi)成(cheng),其厚度不得(de)小于20mm,安(an)裝時的(de)(de)(de)水平度不應(ying)超出±0.5°。

二、滾珠式底座傳感器的(de)安裝形式,安裝時將它放置(zhi)在帶有凹形缺口的(de)底板上。其優點(dian)是:

當秤體(ti)或其(qi)它設(she)備(bei)因溫度影響而伸縮,使其(qi)偏離受力中心線時,可作水平方(fang)向的位移(yi)定位,其(qi)位移(yi)量在(zai)±5mm以(yi)內。因此可在(zai)任何情況下使稱(cheng)重(zhong)傳感器接受垂(chui)直力,保證稱(cheng)量準(zhun)確度。

零(ling)點溫漂(piao)是決定(ding)應變式傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器質(zhi)量的(de)重要參(can)數,同時也是進行溫度(du)補(bu)償(chang)的(de)重要依據。因此(ci)在應變式稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器生產過(guo)程中,必須(xu)在不同溫度(du)下測量傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器零(ling)點輸出(chu),通過(guo)對不同溫度(du)下的(de)測量結(jie)果進行分析計算,并根(gen)據計算結(jie)果進行溫度(du)補(bu)償(chang),同時剔除零(ling)點溫漂(piao)過(guo)大的(de)不合格的(de)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器。

該巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)系統主(zhu)要分(fen)為主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)(ban)和檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)兩個部分(fen),其中(zhong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)對所連(lian)接的(de)稱重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)進行零點(dian)輸(shu)出(chu)信號(hao)的(de)自(zi)動巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),并將測(ce)量結果發送至主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)(ban)。每(mei)(mei)塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)一次最多可以連(lian)接 32個稱重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),每(mei)(mei)個傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)連(lian)接口都(dou)有固(gu)定的(de)ID編號(hao),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)可以自(zi)動判斷每(mei)(mei)個連(lian)接口是否有傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)連(lian)接。每(mei)(mei)塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)都(dou)有可設定的(de)獨立ID號(hao),同時檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具有自(zi)診斷功能,可檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)出(chu)AD和RAM等的(de)錯誤(wu)。

每(mei)塊主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)一次最多可以(yi)連(lian)接(jie)128塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban),因此該系(xi)統最多可以(yi)同時巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)4096個稱重傳感器。每(mei)次開(kai)機(ji)時,主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)會自動查(cha)詢(xun)所有(you)(you)已連(lian)接(jie)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban),當(dang)有(you)(you)無法連(lian)接(jie)或有(you)(you)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)報(bao)告錯誤時,主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)會在液(ye)晶屏上給出報(bao)警提示(shi),操作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)可以(yi)根(gen)據需(xu)要選(xuan)擇停機(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha),或者(zhe)將(jiang)(jiang)出錯的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)設(she)(she)定為(wei)停用狀態,其后主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)將(jiang)(jiang)不再與該檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)進行數據通訊。主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)要完(wan)成(cheng)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)數據采集、檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)數據分(fen)析計算、與PC機(ji)的(de)數據通訊、打印控(kong)(kong)(kong)制和人(ren)機(ji)交互(hu)等功能(neng),并同樣具有(you)(you)自診斷功能(neng),當(dang)出現(xian)故障時系(xi)統在液(ye)晶屏上給出報(bao)警提示(shi),操作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)可根(gen)據提示(shi)信息進行相(xiang)應的(de)故障處理。操作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)對系(xi)統的(de)所有(you)(you)設(she)(she)定都可通過(guo)主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)上的(de)按鍵(jian)完(wan)成(cheng),主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)上還包(bao)括一塊 16×2的(de)字符(fu)型(xing)液(ye)晶屏用于顯示(shi)各(ge)種信息。
